Open Source sewing patterns, tutorials, knowledge sharing and inspiration and all for free at Burdastyle. The German publishing giant Burda took copyrights off its patterns inviting the public to use them, adapt them, create their own, and share them. SEW 2.0 :-) …
Great example of a company understanding the value and revenue a social community website can add to a business – now and in the future. I just signed in and I am exited to see how well the site is done. There is quite some space dedicated to advertising… which is still okay… soon more!
