Myth around the efficiency of email communication #1

Nobody reads through forwarded email threads!

I am working as a online project manager in New Zealand (day time ^_^) and I sometimes have to remind myself of all the things I already know.

Nobody reads through forwared email threads! Not even me! I you want to get things done you have to copy the facts which are important for the current receiver to the top of the email! Every single time. This makes the email usable to the reciever and in the end saves your time!
