About

I just can’t help it. I have to scribble and to draw, to sew, print, hammer and nail, to build my own worlds and to populate them with strange creatures and companions from the world behind the door, under my bed, in the dark corners, in the cabinet of my childhood. Somehow they are still there (these days they are mostly made of plush, but never underestimate a plushie ^_^). You will find more information about my artwork and creatures at minu.co.nz.

I am a flickr and esty addict. You will find a vivid community of artists there. I enjoy sharing my favourite items, this is part of what I do at the lighthouse keeper’s cat.

I am kind of restless. I am still growing up and I am still looking for a place to live (sidenote: I am far too old for that ^_^…) For now this is Wellington, New Zealand. Wellington is one of the strangest places I have ever been. The town is growing wild, downtown at the waterfront, and up and down the surrounding bays and hills. Everything is in transition. Wellington is some kind of strange antagonism. That might be a reason why lots of creatives are living here and that there are lots of things to share too. That’ s another thing I try do here.

The Viech is my companion. He is a real geek, my first and last critic even though he is at the other side of the world for now.

And now…

…Enjoy
