- splash ink over the a page
- let it dry
- find the monsters in the pattern
- line them with pen

leaving traces:
- choose a marker which is sure to soak through the pages and is leaving traces on a least one following page
- draw lines, circles whatever
- be sure to cover the hole page
- turn the page -> be happy about every trace you left

Frankensteins` Page
- Tear out a page
- crumple up into a ball
- smooth it out
- tear to pieces
- sew pieces to together
- tape it back into the journal

Yesterday i had a gloomy day, sort of. I even did not find enough creative spirit to wreck my journal. So i “biked-the-bays” today. The magic will never wear of, …erm hopefully. I came back home with new energy and did a wrecking exercise…
And a new idea for my etsy stuff and this one is really good…
