There are these unbelievable moments where you find something so unique, so magical that you just look at it speechless and in awe. For me this exact moment is when craft becomes art and this is little creature is an example. It is one of a two part artwork titled self-love “The last hug” by psychoticfiction Barcelona, Spain. I was browsing the Illustration Friday Flickr group a while ago and found this lovely Flower garden by moto moto. I love the colour and the contrast between the fine lines and the dark fill of her hair. Moto moto is an independent artist and designer from Tacoma, Washington. She is selling her print on esty and she just started her blog.

I felt a little blue the last weeks seeing that I can’t really spent too much time on being crafty. So I went online shopping. I bought 3 sewing books to brighten my day… I really love all three of them, and I can’t wait to try some of the projects inside - maybe over Christmas when everything slows a little bit down…

Arrived today: Just be Quiet by Sara Harvey, bought at her etsy store. The print is just amazing and I am so happy to have it here ^_^. Sara sent one of her lovely new Gocco prints too. The colours are great… Hm, maybe I get one for myself after xmas… ^_^!
